Service Agreement Overview
Welcome to Lusi Wedding. By engaging our wedding planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between you (the "Client") and Lusi Wedding (the "Company"). Our services are designed to create unforgettable wedding experiences through meticulous planning, creative design, and seamless coordination.
Booking & Consultation Terms
Initial Consultation
Our complimentary initial consultation allows us to understand your vision, discuss your requirements, and determine if we are the right fit for your special day.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the required deposit. Your wedding date will be reserved exclusively for you once the deposit has been processed.
Service Packages
Our service packages are detailed in your personalized proposal. Any additions or modifications to the agreed package must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied to your final balance.
Progress Payment
An additional 40% is due 90 days prior to your wedding date.
Final Balance
The remaining 30% plus any additional charges is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.
Accepted Methods
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and certified checks. Payment plans may be arranged upon request.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are designed to be fair while protecting both parties:

Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of finding a mutually agreeable solution.

Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Respond to communications within 5 business days
- Attend scheduled meetings and consultations
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Provide final approvals for vendors and designs
Our Responsibilities
- Deliver services as outlined in your agreement
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Coordinate with approved vendors on your behalf
- Provide regular updates and progress reports
- Protect your confidential information
